Synopsis

We are taken on a journey at "Manhattan correctional centre" (prison) following the incarcerated lives of Angel and Lucius. Throw in the caring prison guard D'Amico, the not so caring Valdez and big shot Lawyer Mary Jane it is safe to say they make up 5 very strong, and encapsulating characters.

The play has a strong focus on morals, virtues and faith.

Lucius after Murdering 8 people finds Jesus or faith, He believes his mission, though a short one before his inevitable lethal injection is to share the love of Christ with as many others as possible. Angel clearly is effected by Lucius words, having been arrested and put under trial for the murder of a 65 year old Reverend. Angel feels justified in taking the mans life.

Lucius challenges Angel right from the word go and the dialogue between them is powerful and eye opening. Angel in a final speech by Mary Jane is sited for admitting his wrongs and asks for God's forgiveness.
